“What exactly do I get when I place an order?”
When you order from Thrive Genics you receive a complete setup, not just a single disposable pen.
- A high‑quality reusable pen that you can use again and again for your research purposes only.

- Cold‑storage handling – cartridges are shipped from chilled storage to protect quality.

If you order just the pen, you receive the reusable pen, needles and swabs in this protective case.
If you order any cartridge, it arrives like this – sealed with an ice pack inside a foil‑lined bubble pouch.
“How does the pen actually work?”
The pen uses a simple dial system so you can choose a precise, repeatable dose every time.
Step‑by‑step use
- Take the pen and cartridge out of the packaging.
- Insert the cartridge into the pen as instructed (twist or click into place).
- Turn the dial on the pen to select the number of units you need.
- Use the pen to deliver the dose, but please note, NOT for human consumption, then store it back in a cool place.
How dosing works
- Each product page explains how many “units” on the dial equal a specific mg dose.
- Once you know your dose, you simply dial the same number of units each time.
- This gives you consistent, repeatable dosing with no guessing or eyeballing.
“Why do you use reusable pens instead of disposable pens?”
Value and cost
- You buy the pen once and then only replace the cartridges.
- Over time, this works out cheaper than constantly buying full disposable pens.
- More of what you pay goes into the compound itself, not into single‑use hardware.

“Are your pens better quality than disposables?”
Yes. Our latest pens are built to feel and perform better than typical disposable pens, so using them day‑to‑day is smoother and more reassuring.

“Do I need more than one pen?”
Most customers are absolutely fine with one pen. You can attach a cartridge, use it BUT NOT for human use, store it correctly, and then swap to a different cartridge on the same pen whenever you need.
If you prefer to keep different compounds on separate pens for convenience, you can order additional pens, but it is not a requirement for the system to work.
“How long will the pen last me?”
The pen is designed for repeated, long‑term use under normal handling. As long as you look after it and avoid damaging it, you should only need to replace it if it becomes worn or physically damaged.
“How should I store the cartridges?”
Cartridges are shipped from cold storage and should be kept chilled as per the guidance you receive with your order. Keep them away from heat and direct sunlight, and always store them sealed and protected when they are not in the pen.
“What about the growth – how long does it actually last?”
Our growth (HGH) pens are supplied in a reconstituted form, which means they do have a limited shelf life and must be treated with a bit more care than other products.

As soon as your parcel arrives, the HGH cartridge should go straight into the fridge. Do not leave it at room temperature longer than necessary.

When stored correctly in the fridge, HGH pens are at full strength for around 1 month from the date of reconstitution. After this, potency gradually starts to decline.

Because of this, we strongly recommend only ordering HGH when you intend to start with your research, please note, NOT for human consumption.
To keep things transparent, every HGH cartridge case is clearly marked with an exact creation date (for example, “Creation: 25th Feb 2026”) printed on the side of the plastic tube, so you always know when it was prepared.
“How fresh is my HGH when it arrives?”
We produce HGH in small batches and only as orders come in. This means your cartridge is created close to your dispatch date, not months in advance.

Even if the cold pack is no longer frozen when the parcel arrives, the insulation and foil wrapping mean your cartridge has still travelled within an acceptable temperature range.
The key action on your side is simply to put the cartridge into the fridge as soon as you open the package.
“Are the other peptides and GLP products as delicate?”
No – the other peptides and GLP‑based products are not quite as fragile as HGH once reconstituted.

When stored correctly, they typically remain stable for up to around 8 weeks even after you begin your research with them.

They should still be kept chilled and protected from heat, but they do not break down as quickly as growth.

“Is this system complicated to set up?”
No. If you can twist a cap on a bottle and turn a dial, you can use this system. Most customers are completely comfortable after their first setup and quickly prefer it to disposable pens.
